Monsieur Cok
Amazing visual style to this one, and pretty cool character design too! The main character kinda reminds me of Humpty Dumpty.

Keyboard Cat
Just in case anyone missed the video pass around back in 2007, this is the original Keyboard Cat video. It has since been remixed into all sorts of eurotrash and triumphant techno, but the original is still the best (it's currently the ringtone on my phone).
The real reason for this post is because today, I was sent this. I'll probably be wearing it on Monday.

Only way I'd get a tattoo...on my furniture. :)
Finally, I figured out how to post. I missed a step somewhere...long story won't bore you with it. Anyway... saw this yesterday and thought it was cool. How about a tattooed coffee table? Other interesting stuff on the site too. http://reddishstudio.com/furniture/yakuza01.htm

PHOTOSHOP CONTEST?
Tuesday, July 14, 2009
Wait, what?!
Yes, I'm posting from home. Yes, that's embarassing, but not nearly as embarassing as what I just saw on tv.

I think we have a bigger problem than the recession.
P.s. Anyone want to split shipping with me?

ZOINKS!
JZ and I were talking last week about some guy that was killed working in a chocolate factory. Apparently, he'd fallen into a vat of boiling chocolate. Ow. Well, here's one that sounds just as bad if not worse.
Persepolis
I watched this movie over the weekend, a French animated movie about the Islamic Revolution. I was quite impressed. The plot was interesting enough to keep my attention, but I loved the visual style. The simple character design worked well. Pretty much the entire movie is a flashback, and the transitions are very creative in parts. I particularly liked the scene in the sea and the style of the water.

Boring.
Right in line with our lunch conversation, Cleveland has been voted "Most Boring City" by Trip Advisor.

Gross (continued)
I'm going to go ahead and use my first blog post to point out
something really gross since I just noticed it again. Never one to
suffer alone, I feel it necessary to point this out to everyone else
as well. Below is a picture of the third floor mens room door. Yes
everyone, that's a dried up blood splat. It has been here at work for
months longer than our newest hires, so I guess that means it has
seniority over the creator of this blog. I know that this is getting
long winded and it's almost lunch time so I'll stop now. But really.
